In accordance with all current legislation, including Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO),  the evaluation will be conducted by a qualified assessor: 

• Identify and evaluate all potential fire hazards and all people at risk
• Implement safety measures to remove or reduce the risk
• Record all findings and ensure that all implemented fire safety measures are maintained
• Prepare a plan in case of emergency and ensure adequate training
• Be regularly reviewed and updated
